The Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) said: (On the Day of Judgment, a group would be seen in the
most excellent and honourable of states. They would be asked if they
were of the Angels or of the Prophets. In reply they would state): "We
are neither Angels nor Prophets but of the indigent ones from the ummah
of Muhammad (S.A.W.)". They would then be asked: "How then did you
achieve this lofty and honourable status?" They would reply: "We did not
perform very many good deeds nor did we pass all the days in a state of
fasting or all the nights in a state of worship but yes, we used to
offer our (daily) prayers (regularly) and whenever we used to hear the
mention of Muhammad (S.A.W.), tears would roll down our cheeks".
-
Surely, there exists in the hearts of the Mu' mineen, with respect to
the martyrdom of Husain (A.S.), a heat that never subsides.
-
O' Fatimah! Every eye shall be weeping on the Day of
Judgment except the eye which has shed tears over the tragedy of Husain
(A.S.) for surely, that eye shall be laughing and shall be given the
glad tidings of the bounties and comforts of Paradise.
-
'The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said: "As for my daughter Fatima, she is the mistress of all women; from the
beginning of history until the end. She is part of me; she is the light of my
eye and the fruit of my heart.' 'Fatima is my spirit, which I hold in me; she is a human huri. Whenever
she keeps up prayer in her Mehrab before her Lord, her light illuminates to the
angels in Heaven just as a star shines to mankind on Earth. So Allah, Exalted is
His name, says to the angels: 'My angels, look at my servant, Fatima, who is the mistress of all my
female servants, keeping up prayers before Me. Her limbs shake from fear of Me
and she worships Me whole heartedly. Bear witness that I have safeguarded her
Shiites (followers) from Hellfire..."'
-
Ibn Umar said: "Once the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) kissed Fatima's head and said: `May your
father be your sacrifice; stay as you are ...."
-
Aisha said: "Once the Messenger of Allah kissed Fatima's throat so I said, Messenger
of Allah! You have done something which you have not done before!" The Prophet answered: "Aisha, whenever I long for Paradise, I kiss
Fatima's throat."
-
Aisha said: "Whenever the Prophet returned from a trip, he would kiss Fatima's throat
and say: "From her, I do smell the fragrance of Paradise."
- The same narrator reported that Usama said: "I went to visit the Prophet of Allah one night; he (P.B.U.H.) came
out carrying something that I didn't recognize under his cloak.
When I finished my work with him I said. `What do you have under
your cloak?' When he opened his cloak, I saw Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain on his
lap.
- The Prophet then said: These are my children and my daughter's
sons; O Allah, you surely know that I love them, therefore love them. "
-
Furthermore, it has already been verified that the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) said to
Imam Hassan (A.S.): "This son of mine is a Master."
- He also said: "Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain, these two sons of mine, are Imams whether they
rise or forebear." and:
- "Every daughter's children are called to their Father, save Fatima's
children; for I am their Father."
- The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) chose Al-Hassan
and Al-Hussain to represent his sons, Fatima for "women," and himself and Ali (A.S.)
for "ourselves." (Translator's note)
- "You have lost your son, but We have given you Fatima; although she is
just one, Allah will make that one many."
-
Prophet (P.B.U.H.)
said: "She was safeguarded from menstruation and childbed (bleeding)."
- Prophet
(P.B.U.H.) said: "Fatima was called Al-Batoul because she was safeguarded and
relieved from that which women encounter every month (menstruation)."
- Prophet (P.B.U.H.) was
asked about the meaning of Batoul-someone said to him: "Messenger of Allah,
we have heard you say that Maryam is Batoul and Fatima, too, is Batoul!!"
- The Prophet replied: "Batoul is she who never see blood, meaning that she
never discharges menstrual blood; because menstruation is resented if it occurs
in Prophet's daughters."
- Prophet said: "My daughter is a human huri,
she never menstruates, nor does she encounter any menses."
- "Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) has never menstruated nor
discharged childbed blood."
- 'Among Fatima's particularities is that she did not menstruate, and when
she gave birth to a child, she would immediately become purified from childbed
confinement so as not to miss her prayers."
- The Prophet said to Ali:
"Do you possess
anything (which you can pay for the dowry) to marry Fatima'?"
- The Prophet (s) said, "The Mehdi is
from my family, from the sons of Fatima."
-
The Holy Prophet said: "whoever injures (bodily or
sentimentally ) Fatimah, injures me ; and whoever injures me injures Allah; and
whoever injures Allah practices unbelief. O Fatimah ! If your wrath is incurred,
it incurs the wrath of Allah; and if you are happy, it makes Allah happy too."
-
And I testify that my father Mohammad (s.a.w) is the apostle and the
servant of Allah. And Allah selected and chose him before appointing him at
the post of Prophet hood. And He named him before choosing and selecting him.
And chose him before envying and delegating him. Then all the creations were
hidden and covered in the covers of unseen and were hidden amid the screen and
curtain of fear and fright and stayed near the last and final border of non
entity (nothingness) for Allah was aware of and knew the end of matters and
because of His encompassing the incidents of times and ages and His knowledge
of the predestinates.
-
The Holy Prophet said, " Fatimah is a peace of my heart".
He would go out to receive his doughtier whenever she come from her husband's
house. Every morning on his way to the
Mosque, he would pass by Fatimah's house and say: " as-salamu ` alaykum ya
ahlul-Bayti`n-nubuwwah wa ma` dani ` r - risala " ( peace be on you O the
Household of prophet hood and the source of Messengership) Fatimah is famous and
acknowledged as the " sayyidatu 'n-nisa'i ' l-alamin " ( Leader of all the women
of the world for all times ) because the Prophethood of Muhammad would not have
been everlasting without her.
-
The Prophet (s) said, "The best women
in Paradise will be Mary, Asiya, Khadija, and Fatima."
-
"The first one
to enter Paradise will be Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "On the Day of
Judgment, a caller will call out, 'lower your gaze until Fatima has passed."
-
"When I long for
the fragrance of Paradise I smell the neck of Fatima.
-
The Prophet (s) said, "Of all the
women in the Universe, four would suffice: Mary, Asiya, Khadija, and Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "I am not
pleased unless Fatima is pleased."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "All the
children of a mother are attributed to their fatherly relation except the
sons of Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "All the
children of a woman are attributed to their father, but not the sons of Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "The most
beloved of my family to me is Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "The four
greatest women in the Universe are Mary, Asiya, Khadija, and Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "The head of
the women of Paradise is Fatima."
-
"If I were
separated from the fruits of Paradise I would kiss.
-
"Many men have
reached completion, but no women have reached completion except four: Mary,
Asiya, Khadija, and Fatima.
-
"Fatima is a human huri, whenever I long for paradise I kiss her."?
- "My daughter Fatima is a human huri."
- "Fatima is the true splendor."
- "Fatima was like a moon on its full night, or the sun covered with no
clouds. She was white with a touch of rose color on her face, her hair was
black and she had the beautiful features of the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.)"
- (The Mother of the Faithful, Khadija, may Allah
be pleased with her) saying: "Fatima used to speak when she was in her Mother's womb; when she was
born, she fell on the ground in a prostrating position with her finger raised."
- Aisha's saying: "I have not seen a person more similar to the Prophet's appearance,
conduct, guidance and speech whether sitting or standing than Fatima. When she
enters, the Messenger of Allah stands up, kisses and welcomes her, then takes
her hand and asks her to sit in his place."
- Aisha said: "I have not seen anyone more similar to the Messenger of Allah's
habit of speech and dialogue than Fatima... "
-
"Prayer is forbidden to you until you go to Khadija's house and perform
coition with her; for Allah (Glory be to Him) ordained upon Himself to create
noble progeny from you tonight.' So he rushed to Khadija's house." Khadija said: "I had gotten used to seclusion by that time, so when night arrived
I covered my head, put down the curtains, locked the doors, performed my
prayers, put out the lantern, and retired to my bed. That night while I was
between the states of sleeping and being awake, the Prophet knocked on the door;
so I exclaimed: Who is knocking on the door that only Muhammad knocks on?" The Prophet gently and politely replied: "Open the door Khadija, I am Muhammad" Khadija said: "I cheerfully got up and opened the door for the Prophet to come in. He (P.B.U.H.)
usually requested the water jug to perform ablution and two short prayer
prostrations before he retired. On the contrary, that night he (P.B.U.H.)
did not request the jug nor did he perform prayers... instead, what occurs
between a woman and her husband occurred between us; and by Allah, who created
the heavens and caused water to come out of springs, before the Prophet left me,
I felt Fatima's weight in my womb..."
-
Ibn Abbas said: "Aisha entered the house while the Messenger of Allah was kissing Fatima,
so she said: Do you love her, O Messenger of Allah?' He replied: 'Indeed, by Allah if you knew the extent of my love for her,
your love would increase for her. When I was in the forth heaven... (until he
said) that I found these dates softer than butter, more pleasant than musk and
sweeter than honey. So when I descended to earth, I came unto Khadija and she
bore Fatima. Thus, Fatima is a human huri, whenever I long for paradise I smell
her. "
- "Some noble narrators mentioned that one day Lady Khadija (may Allah be
pleased with her) asked the Master of creatures (the Prophet (P.B.U.H.)) to show
her a fruit from the Dwell of Peace (Paradise). Thus, Gabriel brought him who
was chosen above all two apples from Paradise and said: 'O Muhammad, He who appointed a due proportion for all things says to you: "Eat one apple and give the other to Lady Khadija, then come unto her, for
I will create from you (both) Fatima Zahra. "The Chosen One did what The
Guardian (Gabriel) told him to do, and.. (Until he said): 'Thus, whenever the
Chosen One longed for Paradise and its greatness, he would kiss Fatima and smell
her beautiful fragrance and say: 'Fatima is a human huri.'"
- "When I was pregnant with Fatima, which was an easy pregnancy, she would
speak to me from inside my womb."
- "When Khadija was pregnant with Fatima, she (Fatima) used to speak to her
from her womb, but Khadija kept this from the Prophet. One day, the Prophet entered the house and found Khadija speaking to
someone while no one was in the room with her. He inquired as to whom she was
speaking; she replied: 'That which in my womb, surely it speaks to me.'
- Then the Prophet said: 'Rejoice Khadija, for this is the girl whom Allah has made to be the
mother of eleven of my successors who will come after me and after their father. "'
- "At the time when Khadija's pregnancy had become apparent, the infidels asked
the Prophet to show them the splitting of the moon; upon hearing this Khadija
declared:
"O what a disappointment it would be! Had Muhammad lied while he is the
best Messenger of my Lord?"
It was then that Fatima called Khadija from her womb and said:
"O Mother, do not be grieved nor sorrowful, for surely Allah is with my
father."
- Umme Salama said: "Fatima never discharged blood during her childbed confinement; nor does
she menstruate."
- Asma Bint Umais said: "When Fatima gave birth to Al-Hassan, she did not bleed; she also does not
bleed during periods of menstruation. (When I informed the Prophet of this) he
said: `Do you not know that my daughter is pure and chaste; she does not
discharge blood as a result of childbirth or menstruation."'
"We have created (the huri) of special creation; and made them virgin pure
(and undefiled)." (56: 35-36)
- During Khadija's last days, she was confined to bed. One day the Prophet of
Allah (P.B.U.H.) said to her: "What you are encountering, is because of us Khadija; when you meet your
peers send my Salam to them!" Khadija questioned: "Who are they; O Prophet of Allah?"
He answered: "Maryam Bint Imran, Kalthum (Musa's sister), and Assia-Pharaoh's
wife."
She then said: "May you live in harmony and have sons, O Prophet of
Allah."
The Messenger of Allah used to say: "I was commanded to give
Khadija the good news of a dwelling in Paradise made of brocade where there is
neither clamoring nor strain."
- Lady Khadija was once crying in the presence of Asma Bint Umais, who said to
her: "Why are you crying while you are the Mistress of all women, and the
Prophet's wife, who will enter Paradise as he has said?" Khadija replied: "l am not crying (for fear of death), rather, I am crying
because every woman needs a close friend on her wedding night to tell her
secrets to and help her in certain issues; Fatima is still very young and I am
afraid that she will be alone on her wedding night!"
Asma said: "O my mistress, I vow to you, by Allah, that if I am alive
then, I will take your place..."
- Fatima's arrival at the scene of the battle, coincided with the Prophet's
inspection of his soldiers, to find out how many had been martyred and wounded.
When he reached Hamza, he found him in an indescribable situation; the infidels
had badly mutilated his body; they had cut off his fingers, hands, legs, nose,
ears, and ruptured his abdomen to get his liver out. They had also cut off his
sexual organ and left him in that horrible position.
The scene of Hamza's defaced body brought sadness and pain to the Prophet's
heart. The infidel had not abandoned any ugly method of mutilation, which they
did not commit against the strong and steadfast supporter of Allah's Apostle,
(Peace be upon him and Ahlul-Bayt). While the Prophet was deeply saddened by
this infliction, his Aunt and Fatima were rushing towards the scene. As Soon as
he noticed them, he covered Hamza's body with one of his garments. Safia and
Fatima arrived and began crying and condemning the infidels for their crimes.
They noticed that the Prophet's forehead was badly cut and that blood had become
clotted on his face and beard; thus, Fatima Zahra started cleaning his face and
said:
"Allah's punishment will be severe on him who caused the Messenger's face
to bleed."
-
"Fatima is part of me, discomforts me that which discomforts her, and
harms me that which harms her."
-
After Al-Hassan was born Fatima asked Ali (A.S.) to name the baby, but Ali
said: "I would not name him before Allah's Prophet". When the Prophet saw that Al-Hassan was wrapped in a yellow cloth, he said: "Didn't I tell you not to wrap him in a yellow cloth?" He then threw the yellow cloth away and wrapped the baby in a white one. When
the Prophet inquired about the name of the child, Ali (A.S.) answered: "I would not name him before you." The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) replied: "I too, would not name him before
my Lord, Glory be to Him." At that moment Allah revealed to Gabriel: A son was born to Muhammad, therefore descend and give him My blessings
and congratulate him and say: "Surely Ali is to you as Haroun was to Musa, so
give him (the newborn baby) the name of Haroun's son:"' When Gabriel had revealed the message to the Prophet, he asked: "What was
Haroun's son's name?" Gabriel said: "Shubbar." The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) then said: "My tongue is Arabic." Gabrial said: "Name him Al-Hassan."
-
Hazrat "Zainab was born in Shaban 5 A.H. When her mother brought her to Imam Ali
(may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "Name her" he replied: "I would not
name her before Allah's Messenger." At this time the Prophet was on a trip and
when he returned, he again refused to name her before her Lord. So Gabriel
descended to inform the Prophet about Allah's blessings and said: "The name
of this baby is Zainab; Allah chose this name for her."
-
The Prophet of Islam (SAW) calls that day, the day of light and human dignity.
He said :“Hazrat Al Mahdi (as) will come in a situation that diversity and
degradation among the people is so high that the world will be ruined. He will
come and preserve humanity from damage and corruption. Then God will enrich
peoples hearts with faith and love”
-
The messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) said, “Hussein is from me and I am from Hussein.
Allah loves whoever loves Hussein. Hussein is a disciple of the disciples.”
-
“The prophet of Allah (S.a.w.) said: “I am the master of the prophets, who will
come after me are twelve, the first one of whom is Ali and the last one is
al-Mahdi, who will revolt against injustice.
-
The people asked: "O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), who will be the Imaam of the
people at the time?"Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "He will be from my progeny
and will be forty years of age. His face will shine like a star and he will have a black spot on
his left cheek. He will don two "Qutwaani" cloaks and will appear exactly as a person from the
Bani Israeel..."
-
According to hadith narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)
said: "...(regarding the rule of Imaam Mahdi) the skies will rain down in abundance and the earth
will yield forth its crop in abundance, and those alive will desire that those who have already
passed away should have been alive to enjoy this prosperity..."
-
"Behold! My Ahlul-Bayt are like the Ark of Noah. Whoever embarked in it was SAVED,
and whoever turned away from it was PERISHED.
-
Sayyidena Eesa (A.S.) will lead the Janaazah of Imam Mahdi (A.S.). While the people will be
pledging their allegiance to Imaam Mahdi, a voice from the unseen will call out:
"This is the representative of Allah, The Mahdi, listen to him and obey him"
-
"There will be four peace agreements between you and the Romans. The fourth agreement will be
mediated through a person who will be from the progeny of Hadhrat Haroon (A.S.) and will be
upheld for seven years."
-
1) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "Even if the entire duration of the world's existence has
already been exhausted and only one day is left (before the day of judgment), Allah will expand
that day to such a length of time, as to accommodate the kingdom of a person from my Ahlul-Bayt
who will be called by my name. He will fill out the earth with peace and justice as it will have
been full of injustice and tyranny (by then)."
-
The Prophet (PBUH and HF)said: "al-Mahdi is one of us, the members of the household (Ahlul-Bayt)."
-
The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: The Mahdi will be of my family, of the descendants of
Fatimah (the daughter of the Prophet (PBUH)).

Bukhari reported in v.5, p.21 and 29 of his Sahih that Allah's Messenger
said: "Fatima is part of me, he who harms her harms me."
-
'A trustworthy man informed me that the Messenger of Allah said: "Surely
Fatima is part of me, pleases me that which pleases her. "
-
Abu Ibrahim (A.S.) that he said about
the words of Allah:
`May be your Lord will raise you to a praised position': The people, on
the Day of Resurrection, will remain standing for forty years; and the sun will
be ordered so that it will ride over their heads and they will be bridled with
sweat, and the earth will be told not to accept any of their sweat. So, they
shall approach Adam to intercede for them, and he will direct them to Nuh, and
Nuh will direct them to Ibrahim, and Ibrahim will direct them to Musa, and Musa
will direct them to Isa, and Isa will direct them saying: `You should seek help
from Muhammad, the last Prophet.' Thereupon, Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) will say: `I'll
do it'; and will proceed until arriving at the door of the Garden; he will knock
on it. It will be asked, `Who is it?' (While Allah knows better), and he will
say: `Muhammad,' then it will be said: `Open for him'. When the door will be
opened, he will turn to his Lord, falling in sajdah. He will not raise his head
until he is told: `Speak up and ask, you shall be given; and intercede, your
intercession shall be granted.' He will raise his head and turning to his Lord,
will fall (again) in sajdah. Then he will be promised as before; then he will
raise his head.- Thereupon, he shall intercede until he will intercede even for
him who would have been burnt in the fire. Therefore, on the Day of
Resurrection, no one among all the nations will be more eminent than Muhammad (P.B.U.H.); and this is (the meaning of) the words of Allah: `May be your Lord will raise you to a praised position."
-
The Prophet (s) said, “Fatima
is a maiden of Paradise in human form, she does not receive any kind of
menses.”
-
“Fatima
is part of me, whatever harms her harms me, and whatever is against her is
against me.”
-
The Prophet (s) said, "Verily, God

Fatima and her children and those who love them from the Hellfire,
and that is why she is named Fatima."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "Fatima,
you will be the first amongst my Ahlul-Bayt to follow after me."
-
The Prophet (s) said, "Fatima
is part of me. Whatever upsets her upsets me, and whatever harms her harms
me."

The Prophet (s) said, "Fatima

For example, the
Holy Prophet (SAW) was asked:
suppose we sacrifice a camel, cow, or a sheep, then we find out that there is
a young in the womb of the animal, can we eat from it
-
“Eat if you
wish, for the slaughtering of the mother is the same as the slaughtering of
the young.”
-
. “A believer’s

-
“Do not abhor
God’s blessings nor ask for any things without giving it a thought. If
affliction befalls sustenance and life of any one of you, do not ever ask for
a change, since a change might lead to death or destruction. You should rather
say: O God, by the position of Mohammad (SAW) and his household, if there is a
blessing in what has befallen me, make me patient and give me not only the
power of forbearance, but make me pleased with it too. Yet if there is
blessing in something else, give that something to me. At any rate, make me
pleased with Your Decree, for praise is due only to You.”
-
“O servants of
God, you are as the sick and the Lord of the worlds as the Healer. The
interests of a sick person are in what the Healer prescribes and what is
expedient for him and not in his desire or his improper requests. Therefore
submit to God’s decree that you may be successful.

“If a believer
calls upon God and does not ask Him for cutting of family relations or a
sinful deed, god Almighty will give him one of the three following virtues:
-Answers his Dua quickly
-Delays answering his Dua
-Repels from him an evil equal to what he has begged.
The companions said: O Messenger of Allah, therefore, we should increase our
Duas. The Holy Prophet (SAW) said: God answers the Duas most frequently. In a
Hadith by Malik Ibne Anas, it has been mentioned that the Holy prophet for
three times said: God answers our Duas most of the time.
-
“If
a servant who is favored by God supplicates, God says to Gabriel: grant his

Grant the request of My servant with haste, for I don’t like to hear his
voice.”

“An intelligent

The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "We (I and my family) are members of a household that Allah
(SWT) has chosen for them the life of the Hereafter over the life of this world; and the members
of my household (Ahlul-Bayt) shall suffer a great affliction and they shall be forcefully
expelled from their homes after my death; then there will come people from the East carrying
black flags, and they will ask for some good to be given to them, but they shall be refused
service; as such, they will wage war and emerge victorious, and will be offered that which they
desired in the first place, but they will refuse to accept it till they pass it to a man from
my family (Ahlul-Bayt) appears to fill the Earth with justice as it has been filled with
corruption. So whoever reaches that (time) ought to come to them even if crawling on the ice/snow
since among them is theVice-regent of Allah (Khalifatullah) al-Mahdi."
-
Abu Nadra reported: We were with the company of Jabir Ibn Abdillah... Jabir Ibn Abdillah kept
quite for a while and then reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) having said:
"There would be a Caliph in the last (period) of my Ummah who would freely give handfuls of
wealth to the people without counting it." I said to Abu Nadra and Abu al-Ala: Do you mean Umar
Ibn Abd al-Aziz? They said: NO, (he would be Imam Mahdi).

"When the sun of her beauty shined in the heavens of Messengership and became full on the horizon
of exaltation of the moon of her perfection, the dawns of thoughts reached towards her and the
sights of the chosen longed to observe her beauty; so the masters of the Muhajerin and Ansar asked to
many her, but the one who was bestowed with Allah's satisfaction (the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) rejected them
and said: `I am waiting for Allah's ordinance in her regard."'
-
Abu Bakr and Umar were among those who asked to marry Fatima, but the Prophet
(P.B.U.H.) rejected them too, and said that she was still too young for
marriage. AbdurRahman Ibn Awf also asked for her hand, but the Prophet (P.B.U.H.)
ignored him.
Ali Ibn Muragi reported in his book Kanz al-Umal v.2 p.99, that Anas Ibn Malik
said:
- "Abu Bakr came to see the Prophet (P.B.U.H.). After sitting down he
said:
`O Messenger of Allah, you surely know of my devotion and long standing
service to Islam...'
- The Prophet then said: `What is it that you want?'
Abu Bakr then said: `I want you to give me Fatima in marriage.'
- When the Prophet heard this, he did not say anything, so Abu Bakr returned to
Umar and said:
`I have ruined myself and others!!'
Umar said: `What happened?'
Abu Bakr replied: `I asked for Fatima's hand from the Prophet, but he
ignored me.'
Umar said: `You stay here, and I will go ask the Prophet for the same
thing that you asked him for.'
- Umar went to the Prophet and after sitting down started saying:
`O Messenger of Allah, you surely know of my devotion and long standing
service to Islam...'
- The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) then said: `What is it that you want?'
Umar replied: `I want you to give me Fatima in marriage.'
- But the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) ignored him too.
Umar returned to Abu Bakr and said: `He is waiting for Allah's command in
her regard."'
Al-Haithami also reported in his book Majma Az-Zawa'ed that Abu Bakr and Umar
sent their daughters to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) in order to ask him to give
Fatima in marriage to them; but when the daughters mentioned why they had come,
the Prophet said:
"No! Not until Allah's command in her regard is revealed"
- Allah the Exalted has said: "Verily the Good shall drink of a Cup (of wine) mixed with Kafur. A fountain
where the Devotees of God do drink, making it flow in unstinted abundance. They
perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil lies far and wide. And they
feed, for the love of God, the indigent, the orphan and the captive. Saying, `We
feed you for the sake of God alone; no reward do we desire from you, nor
thanks.' `We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord.'
But God will deliver them from the evil of that day, and will shed over them a
light of Beauty and a (blissful) Joy. And because they were patient and
constant, He will reward them with a Garden and (garment of) silk. Reclining in
the (Garden) on raised thrones, they will see there neither the sun's (excessive
heat) nor (the moon's) excessive cold. And the shades of the (Garden) will come
low over them, and the bunches (of fruit), there, will hang low in humility. And
amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and goblets of crystal;
Crystal clear, made of silver. They will determine the measure thereof
(According to their wishes). And they will be given to drink there of a Cup (of
wine) mixed with Zanjabil. A fountain there, called Salsabil. And around about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness): if
thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered Pearls. And when thou lookest,
It is there thou wilt see a Bliss and a Realm Magnificent. Upon them will be
green garments of fine silk and heavy brocade, and they will be adorned with
Bracelets of silver; and their Lord will give to them to drink of a Wine pure
and Holy. Verily this is a Reward for you, and your Endeavor is accepted and
recognized." (76: 5-22)
These verses were revealed after Ali, Fatima, Hassan, and Hussain (A.S.) gave
charity to needy people; this story is stated in the book Al-Kashaf by
Zamakhshari; it goes as follows:
- "Ibn Abbas said: `Once Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain (A.S.) were ill, the Messenger of Allah and
a group went to visit them. The visitors suggested to Imam Ali (A.S.) to make a
vow to Allah: if He were to relieve them, he would perform some good action.
Therefore, Imam Ali together with Fatima and their servant Fidhdha vowed to
Allah that they would fast for three days if He would relieve Hassan and Hussain.'
- 'When Allah had relieved them, Imam Ali (A.S.) borrowed three (3)
aswu (a cubic measure) of barley from a Jew known as Shimon. Fatima ground one
(1) sa'a (singular of aswu) of the barley and baked five loaves of bread for her
family's meal at sunset. As sunset approached, a needy man knocked on the door
and said: Assalamu Alaikum, Family of Muhammad. I am a needy man from among the
Muslims, feed me, may Allah feed you from the food of Paradise.' The holy family
preferred the needy man over themselves and spent the night with nothing in
their stomachs save water.'
- 'They fasted the second day, and again at sunset, when they were waiting
for their food, an orphan asked them for help and they again preferred him over
themselves. The third evening a captive (prisoner of war) asked them for help
and they repeated their preference for the needy above themselves.'
- 'The following morning, Imam Ali (A.S.) took Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain to
the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) who said the following when he saw them
shaking like little chicks from hunger:
- "The Prophet said: It displeases us to see you in this condition.' Then he went with them, for he wanted to see Fatima. When they arrived,
Fatima (A.S.) was in the Mehrab (prayer place), and her condition was such that
it further displeased the Prophet (P.B.U.H.). At this time, Gabriel
descended and said: `
- Take this chapter Muhammad, - Allah surely congratulates you for having
this family. " It is worthy to state that the Good ones mentioned here are Ali, Fatima,
Hassan and Hussain; who deserve Paradise because of their act of feeding the
needy, the orphan, and the captive.
- Another point to keep in mind here is that despite the detailed description
of Paradise given in the verses, Allah, the Exalted, does not mention the huris.
This understood to be in honor and exaltation of Fatima (A.S.) the wife of Imam
Ali, and the mother of Hassan and Hussain.
- Allah, the Exalted said: "If anyone disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge
hath come to thee, say: `Come! Let us gather together; our sons arid your sons,
our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves. Then let us invoke the curse
of God on those who lie!'" (3: 61)
This event is famous and is known to all Muslims. Islamic scholars are united
on the fact that it was revealed in regard to the Christian delegation who came
from Najran to dispute the issue of Isa Ibn Maryam (A.S.) with the Prophet (P.B.U.H.).
In v.6 of Bihar, Imam Ali (A.S.) mentioned the event in the following manner: A delegation of Najrani Christians led by three prominent men, Al-Aqib,
Muhsen, and the Archbishop; these meet along with two prominent jews came to the
Prophet (P.B.U.H.). They intended to argue with him; the archbishop started: "Abu Al-Qasim, who was Musa's father?" The Prophet answered: "Imran." The archbishop then said: "Who was Yusufs father?" The Prophet answered: "Yaqoub." The archbishop continued: "May I be your sacrifice; who is your father?" The Prophet answered: "Abdullah Ibn Abd al-Muttalib." Then the archbishop asked: "Who is Isa's (Jesus) father?" The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) waited a moment while Gabriel revealed the following
to him: "(Say) he was the Spirit of Allah and His Word."
The archbishop then asked: "Can he be a spirit without having a body?" Again a revelation was sent to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) the revelation is as
follows: "The similitude of Isa before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him
from dust, then said to him: `Be.' And he was." When the archbishop heard this, he jumped in objection to the Prophet saying
that Isa (A.S.) was created from dust, and said: "Muhammad, We don't find this to be in the Torah, the Bible, or in the
Zabour. You are the first one to say this." This was the moment that the verse of Mubahala was revealed. After the delegation had heard the verse, they said: "Assign for us a solemn meeting (in which every side supplicates to Allah
to curse the other side if they are followers of falsehood)." The Prophet's answer to this was: "Tomorrow morning, if Allah wills."
The next morning, the Prophet finished his morning prayers and ordered Ali to
follow him and Fatima, in turn, holding Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain to follow Ali.
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) then told them: "When I supplicate you
should say: Amen."
When the delegation saw the holy family and that the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) had
spread a mat for himself and family, they said to each other: "By Allah, he is a true Prophet; and if he curses us, surely Allah will
answer his prayer and destroy us. The only thing that can save us, is to ask him
to relieve us from this meeting." Razi, in his interpretation of the Holy Quran states: 'The Archbishop said: "O Christians, I surely see faces of men, who if
they were to ask Allah to move a mountain, He would surely do it. Do not hold
this meeting, or you shall be destroyed and no Christian will remain on Earth
until the Day of Resurrection."
The delegation proceeded toward the Messenger and said: "Abu Al-Qasim,
relieve us (from this) solemn meeting." The Prophet said: "Indeed I will; but the One who sent me with
righteousness is my witness that had I cursed you, Allah would not have left a
Christian on the face of the earth."
This has been a summary of the story. What matters to us here, is Allah's
saying in the verse: "Our women and your women." All Muslims have agreed that the Prophet took Ali with him to represent
"ourselves," Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain to represent "Our Sons," and Fatima Zahra to
represent "Our Women," It is also a given fact that he did not accompany any
other woman including his wives, his aunts, or any other Muslim women. This proves that there was not a woman as excellent, great, holy, and chaste
as Fatima (A.S.) was. The Prophet called Fatima alone to join him, because she
was the only woman capable of fulfilling the qualifications of the verse.
-
Jabir Ibn Abdullah said: "A beduin came to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) and said: 'Muhammad,
present Islam to me.'
'The Prophet replied: `Bear witness that there is no God but Allah, to
whom an associate does not exist; and that Muhammad is the slave and Messenger
of Allah. '
The beduin said: `Do you require any reward from me (for bringing me to
Islam)?'
He (P.B.U.H.) answered: `No, save loving the nearest of kin.'
The beduin then asked: `Mine or yours?'
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) said: `My kin.'
The beduin said: `Let me pay allegiance to you, and may the curse of Allah
be on those who do not love you and your kin.'
Thus he (P.B.U.H.) said: 'Amen.'"

The Prophet (SAW) has been quoted
as saying: "Isa (PBUH) the Son of Mary is not dead.
Rather, before the Day of Resurrection, he will come back to you."
-
The late Allama Tabarsi says that the Prophet (SAW) has been quoted as saying: "How will
it be when Isa, Son of Mary descends among you, when your Imam Mahdi (AS) has
risen from among you."
-
"Anyone who dies without knowing
his Imam-e Zaman has died in ignorance."
-
"Anyone who dies and has not

- “The Prophet (SA) of Allah stated: ‘The words of a man who tells his wife, ‘I love you truly’,

-
Hazrat Umme Salmah (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, " After
the death of a Ruler there will be some dispute between the people. At that time a citizen of
Madina will flee (from Madinah) and go to Makkah. While in Makkah, certain people will approach
him between Hajrul Aswad and Maqaame Ibraheem, and forcefully pledge their allegiance to him.
-
Thereafter a huge army will proceed from Syria to attack him but when they will be at Baida,
which is between Makkah and Madina, they will be swallowed into the ground.
-
On seeing this, the Abdaals of Shaam as well as large numbers of people from Iraq will come to
him and pledge their allegiance to him. Then a person from the Quraish, whose uncle will be from
the Bani Kalb tribe will send an army to attack him, only to be overpowered, by the will of
Allah. This (defeated) army will be that of the Bani Kalb. Unfortunate indeed is he who does not
receive a share from the booty of the Kalb. This person (Imam Mahdi) will distribute the spoils
of war after the battle. He will lead the people according to the Sunnat and during his reign
Islam will spread throughout the world. He will remain till seven years (since his emergence).
He will pass away and the Muslims will perform his Janazah salaat."
-
The Prophet (SA) was asked: ‘What sort of obedience is meant here’? The Prophet (SA) of Allah
replied: ‘It is when the husband permits a woman who asks her husband to flow her to go to the
public bath, weddings, celebrations, and condolence gatherings while wearing delicate and thin clothes.

Hazrat Mughaira bin Shoba(R.A.) reports that in the lifetime of Rasullullah
(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) the sun eclipsed on the day on which (his son)
Ibraheem died, so people said that the eclipse had occurred because of the
death of Ibraheem. Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) upon it, observed
that: " The solar or lunar eclipse did not take place because of the death or
birth of anyone (but it was the sign of the Power and Splendour of Allah).
Thus, when you see the eclipse, offer salaat and remember Allah much."
-
During the lifetime of Rasullullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) the sun was
totally eclipsed on the day his infant son Ibraheem(R.A.),died at the age of
about 1 and half years. Some authorities also say that this took place in
10 A.H. in Rabi-ul-Awwal. Nevertheless, Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam)
mentioned that, the sun or moon are two signs of Allah Ta'ala which do not
eclipse on account of the birth or death of anyone. When such an event occurs,
one should turn to Allah Ta'ala and beseech Him for mercy and forgiveness with
deep devotion.Increase the recitation of Subhanallah,Allhamdu-lillah,
Allahu-Akbar and Istighfaar.
-
Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) made a prolonged prostration
(sajda) at the time of the eclipse. Afterwards he went away while the sun shone fully.
He addressed the people and praised Allah and eulogised Him and the said: Verily the
sun and moon are signs of Allah. They do not eclipse for the death of anybody, nor after
his birth. So when you see that, read Takbir, send blessings and give alms(charity).
Then he said: O People, there is none who is more enraged than Allah(to see)
His servant commits fornication. O People, had you known what I know, you would
certainly laughed little and wept much.
-
Abu Musa(R.A.) reported that the sun(once) eclipsed. Then Rasulullah
(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) stood with horror fearing that the Hour had
come.He came to the masjid and prayed with the longest of standing, bowing(ruku)
and prostrating(sajda) which I did never see him doing before. He said:
These are signs which Allah sends not for death of anybody, nor for his
birth but He produces dread therewith His servants. So when you see
anything of that, hasten to remember Him and seek forgiveness from Him.
-
Abdur-Rahman-bi-Samurah(R.A.) reports that,there was a solar eclipse,when
he hurried to Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) to enquire what has
been revealed about the eclipse of the sun. Then I came to him, while he was
in prayer, raising his hands.;he began to read Tasbih, Tahlil,Takbir and
Tahmid and invoke Allah till he became tired of it.When he was tired of
it,he read two chapters(surahs) and prayed two rakaats.
-
Asthma -bin-Abu Bakr(R.A.) reported that Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam)
ordered manumission of slaves at the time of the solar eclipse.

Don't make Dua'a against yourself or against your children. The Prophet
(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) said, "Don't make dua against yourselves.
Don't make dua against your children. Don't make dua against your maids.
And don't make dua against your wealth. It might be in a time in which Allah answers the prayers."
-
Another favored time is in sujud, as the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) said, "The servant is closest to his Lord
while in sujud, so ask Allah in that time." Friday is also a preferred, especially in the
last hour before maghrib. Also, while the roosters crow, since the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi
wassallam) said, "When you hear the crowing of the rooster ask Allah from His favors
because it saw an angel. And if you hear the braying of a donkey, seek refuge with Allah because
it saw a devil." Since the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) said,
"Two supplications will not be rejected: the supplication during adhan and under rain,"
(hasan) then these two times are preferred for dua. Supplication on Laylat'ul-Qadr,
since it is a blessed and honored time.
-
The Prophet(sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said that: "Every messenger has a Supplication
that will be accepted, and I have saved my Supplication as a Shafaa Intersession for my
Nation on the Day of Judgment". May Allah make us among those who follow and emulate
His Prophet(sallallahu alaihi wa salam), till they receive his intersession on the Day
of Judgment. We beg Allah, tala, that He forgives the ones who wrote this article,
and forgives the Muslims among their parents. May He benefit the readers, and guide
them to the path of His beloved. We ask Allah by His most beautiful names to show
mercy to those who spread guidance and stand together upon the truth. Ameen.

Ibn Abbas(radhiyallahu anhu) said: "The Messenger of Allah, sallaallahu `alayhi wa sallam,
enjoined Sadaqatul-Fitr on the one who fasts to shield him from any indecent act or speech
and for the purpose of providing food for the needy."
-
If one pays Sadaqatul-Fitr before the Salat, it is considered an accepted charity,
if he pays it after the Salat, it is considered an ordinary charity."
-
"The fast remains suspended between heaven and earth until the Fitrah is paid:-
-
Holy Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassalaam) has insisted upon us that we should
never despair of the mercy of Allah Who has reserved with Him ninety -nine parts of
His mercy for distribution among His servants in the Hereafter. Will He then deprive
one of His mercy here or there? No never! The only condition for one to deserve this
that one should attract His mercy by means of Taubah (repentance) and Istighfar
(seeking forgiveness). The more one turns to Allah in repentance and to seeking His
forgiveness, the more will one qualify oneself for His mercy and this will bring one
salvation in the Hereafter.
-
Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: “O Allah’s prophet, if I know
which night is the Lailat ul Qadr then what should I pray? He replied: You should pray:
O Allah you are very forgiving and love those who forgive other. So, bestow your
blessings on me and forgive me”.
-
Whenever you make a supplication for another believer and he is not present,
an angel will say 'and same to you.'" One of the ethics when making dua to
others is that, if you are going to make dua for yourself and others, start
with yourself first, then you make dua to others. But if you are going to
make dua for others only, then you don't have to mention yourself first.
An example of starting with one's self is seen is the verse, "And those who
came after them say, 'Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith.

and he was looking at the heaven. So the Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) closed his
eyes and said, "When the soul is being seized, the eyes follow it." Then some people from his
relatives panicked. The Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) said, "Do not make du'a except

- It is Allah months (Ramzan)
- "O People! The month of Allah
(Ramadan) has approached you with His mercy and blessings. This is the month
that is the best of all months in the estimation of Allah. Its days are the
best among the days; its nights are the best among the nights. Its hours are
the best among the hours.
This is a month in which he has invited you. You have been, in this month,
selected as the recipients of the honors of Allah, the Merciful. In this holy
month, when you breathe, it has the Sawab/thawab (heavenly reward) of "Tasbeeh"
(the praise of Allah on rosary beads), and your sleep has the thawab of
worship.
Your good deeds are accepted in this month. So are your invocations.
Therefore, you must invoke your Lord, in right earnest, with hearts that are
free from sins and evils, that Allah may bless you, observe fast, in this
month, and recite the Holy Qur'an.
Verily! The person who may not receive the mercy and benevolence of Allah in
this month must be very unfortunate having an end as bad (in the Hereafter).
While fasting, remember the hunger and thirst of tomorrow in Qiyamat. Give
alms to the poor and the needy. Pay respects to your elders.
Have pity on those younger than you and be kind towards your relatives and
kinsmen. Guard your tongues against unworthy words, and your eyes from such
scenes that are not worth seeing (forbidden) and your ears from such sounds
that should not be heard by you.
Be kind to orphans so that when your children become orphans they also may be
treated with kindness. Do invoke that Allah may forgive your sins. Do raise
your hands at the time of Salat (Prayers), as it is the best time for asking

Him, He responds, and when we ask for anything, it is accepted by Him.
O People! You have made your conscience the slave of your desires; make it
free by invoking Him for Istighfar (repentance/forgiveness). Your back is
breaking under the heavy load of your sins, so prostrate before Him for long
intervals and make it lighter.
Do understand fully well that Allah has promised in the name of His Majesty
and Honor that He will not take to task such people who fast and offer Salat
in this month and perform "sajda" (prostration), and will guard their bodies
against the Fire of Hell on the Day of Judgment.
O People! If anybody amongst you arranges for the "Iftar" (food for the ending
of the fast) of any believer, then Allah will give him a reward as if he has
set free a slave. He will forgive his minor sins.
Then the companions of the Prophet (S.A.W.) said:
"But everybody amongst us does not have the means to do so?"
The Prophet told them: -
"Keep yourself away from the Fire of Hell, by inviting for "Iftar", though it
may consist of only half a date or simply with water if you have nothing else.
O People! Anybody who may cultivate good manners in this month will walk over
the "Siraat" (Bridge) in "Qiyamat", though his feet may be shaking.
Anybody who in this month may take light work from his servants (male or
female), Allah will make easy his accounting on the Day of Judgment.
Anybody who does not tease others in this month, Allah will keep him safe from
His wrath in Qiyamat. Anybody, who respects and treats an orphan with kindness
in this month, Allah shall look at him with dignity in Qiyamat. Anybody who
treats well his kinsmen, in this month, Allah will bestow His mercy on him in
Qiyamat, while anybody who maltreats his kinsmen in this month, Allah will
keep him away from His mercy, in Qiyamat.
Whoever offers "Sunnat" (Recommended) prayers in this month, Allah will give
him a certificate of freedom from Hell. Whosoever offers one "Wajib" Salat in
this month, for him the Angels will write the rewards of 70 such prayers,
which were offered by him in any other months.
Whosoever recites repeatedly "Salat and salam" on me, Allah will keep the
scales of his deeds heavy, when in Qiyamat the scales of others will be
tending towards lightness.
Whosoever recites in this month only one "Ayat" (verse of the Holy Qur'an), he
will be rewarded in a manner as if he had recited the full Qur'an in the other
months.
O People! The Gates of Paradise remain opened in this month. Do invoke that
the gates may not be closed on you, while the Gates of Hell are closed. Do
invoke that these gates may never be opened. During this month Shaytan (Saten)
is imprisoned so ask your Lord not to let him have power over you."

“Seek help from
God when in need, seek refuge with Him during afflictions, supplicate, and
call upon Him, for Dua is the gist of prayer. No believer calls upon God
unless his call is answered in the following ways:
-Either his request is granted in this world
-Or he will receive it in the Hereafter
-Or his sins will be concealed to the extent of his Dua, providing that he has
not asked for a sinful act.”
-
“The weakest
person is one who forgets Dua and the most mean person is one who is miser in
greeting others.”
-
“Shall I
introduce to you the most miser, the most sluggish, the most stealing person,
the most oppressing and the most weak person? They said: Yea, O Messenger of
Allah. He said: The most miser person is one who visits a muslim but does not
say Salam to him. The most sluggish person is one who is in good health but
does not praise God with his lips and tongue during leisure times. The most
stealing person is one who does not perform his prayer perfectly. Such prayer
is twisted and thrown at his face like an old piece of cloth. The most wrong
doing person is one before whom my name is said, but he does not send Allah’s
greeting to me. The weakest person is one who has forgotten Dua.”
-
The best prayer
is Dua. When God inspires someone with Dua, He opens the door of Mercy to him.
A man of Dua will never become wretched.”
-
“Two persons
whose deeds were the same entered paradise. But one of the two sees the other
superior. Hence, he says: My Lord! we have done the same deeds. What is his
superior position for? God said: He requested from Me but you did not. Then
the Holy Prophet of Islam (SAW) said: Request from God as much as you can, for
your request is not great for God.”
-
“Request from God so that He will grant it. God bestowes blessings upon a
group of His servants in return for their deeds and to another group in return
for their sincere Dua. Then He will gather both groups in paradise. The first
group will say: Our Lord! We were men of good deeds and You granted our
requests but how about these people? God will say: These are My servants. I
gave you your rewards fully. These people too requested from Me and I gave
them a share of My abundant Grace and Mercy. I will give to anyone I wish.”
-
It is related
that the Holy Prophet of Islam (SAW) chose Thursday to leave his room for
outside fresh air in the beginning of summer and chose Friday to his return to
room in the beginning of winter.”
-
“Surely Friday
is the master of days and the most glorious day of God. Rather it is superior
to Eidolfetr and Eidolazha. Friday has five advantages:
-God created Adam (AS) on this day.
-God sent down Adam (AS) from paradise to earth on the same day.
-God took the life of Adam on such a day.
-There are hours in Friday when every one who requests something from God, it
will be granted provided that it is lawful.
-Archangels, the heavens, the earth, winds, mountains, and trees fear that the
Last Day occurs on such a day.”
-
. “On Friday one
must keep a time from the beginning of moon until an hour, for the Holy
Prophet of Islam (SAW) has said during this hour no servant requests anything

at the same time and whenever I faced a problem, my Dua was answered.

last hours of night
-

hours of every night, God says:
-Is there anyone who calls upon Me so that I will answer him?
-Is there anyone who request so that I will grant it?
-Is there anyone asking forgiveness so that I will forgive him?
-Is there anyone repenting so that I will accept his repentence?
-
Ibrahim Ibne Abi
Mahmood says I said to Imam Reza (AS): people say: The Holy Prophet (SAW) has
said: God comes to the sky of the world every night. What is your opinion of
it? He said:
“May God curse those who distort the words of others. By God! The Holy Prophet
(SAW) did not day it, rather he said: In the last third of every night and on
Friday night, from its beginning, God sends an angel to the sky of this world
calling:
-Is there anyone who calls upon Me so that I will grant his request?
-Is there anyone who repents so that I will accept his repentence?
-Is there anyone asking forgiveness so that I will forgive him?
-O seeker of good! come to Me and O seeker of evil! stop it. God keeps on
calling until dawn. At this time that angel returns to his place in the
heavens. This was polyquoted by my father, his father and the Holy Prophet
(SAW).”
-
Whoever abandons
request from God, will become destitute.”
-
“When a true
believer rises up to please God with the recommended prayer after midnight,
while slumber has overpowered his eyes, God speaks proudly to His angels
saying: Do you see this servant of mine who has risen up to perform the prayer
which is not obligatory! Therefore I take you as witness that I have forgiven
his sins.”

[Zadhan
reported on the authority of Salman, may God be pleased with him:]
I heard the Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family, say concerning
al-Hasan and al-Husayn, peace be on them: O God, I love both of them.
Therefore love them and love whoever loves them Then he said: Whoever loves
al-Hasan and al-Husayn, is one whom I love. Whomever I love, God loves, and
whomever God loves, He will cause to enter Heaven. Whoever hates them, I hate
and God hates. Whomever God hates, He will cause to enter the Fire. Then he
said: These two sons of mine are my two plants of sweet basil (to sweeten) the
world.

[Zirr b.
Hubaysh reported on the authority of Ibn Mas'ud: ]
While the Prophet, may God bless him and his family, was praying, al-Hasan and
al-Husayn came and stood behind him. When he raised his head, he took them
tenderly (into his arms). When he resumed (his prayers), they resumed
(theirs). Then when he had finished, he sat one on his right knee and the
other on his left knee and said: Whoever loves me, should love these two.
They, peace be on them, are the two proofs (hujjatay Allah) of God of His
Prophet in the contest of prayer (mubahala). After their father, the Commander
of the faithful, they were the two proofs of God (hujjatay Allah) to the
community concerning religion (din) and belief (milla).

The Apostle of
God said: Al-Hasan and al-Husayn, peace be on them, are the ornaments of the
throne (of Heaven). Indeed Heaven, itself, said, 'O my Lord, You have filled
me with weak and poor inhabitants.' God, the Exalted, replied to it: 'Are you
not content that I have adorned your corners with al-Hasan and al-Husayn,
peace be on him?' Then it swaggered as a bride swaggers with happiness.

[Al-Awza'i has
reported on the authority of 'Abd Allah b. Shaddad, on the authority of Umm
al-Fadl, daughter of al-Harith: ]
She visited the Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family and said:
Apostle of God, I have had a strange dream during the night. What was it?, he
asked. It was terrible, she said. What was it?, he repeated. I saw (something)
like a piece of your body cut up and put in my lap, she answered. You have
seen well said the Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family. Fatima
will give birth to a boy when she is sitting on your lap (to give birth). [She
reported:] Fatima did give birth to al-Husayn, peace be on him, and he was in
my lap just as the Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family, had said.
One day I took him to the Prophet, may God bless him and his family, and I put
him in his lap. His gaze turned away from me. Behold, both the eyes of the
Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family, were flowing with tears. I
said: (May I ransom you) with my father and mother Apostle of God, what is the
matter with you? "Gabriel, peace be on him, came to me," he said. "He told me
that my community will seek to kill this son of mine and he brought me dust
made red by his (blood)."

pleased with her, who said:]
One day while the Apostle of God, may God bless him and his family, was
sitting down, and al- Husayn was sitting on his knee, his eyes suddenly filled
with tears. I said to him: Apostle of God, why do I see you weeping, may I be
your ransom? Gabriel, peace be on him, came to me, he said. She consoled me
for the death of my son, al-Husayn, and he told me that a group of my
community will kill him. May God never let them have intercession from me.

[It is
reported with another chain of authorities on the authority of Umm Salama, may
God be pleased with hey that she said:]
One evening the Apostle of God left us and was away for a long time. He came
back, he was dishevelled and dusty and his hand was holding (something). I
said to him: Apostle of God, why do I see you dishevelled and dusty? He said:
I have just been on a night journey to a place in Iraq, called Karbala. There
I saw the death of my son, al-Husayn, and a group of my children and the
members of my family (ahl al-bayt). I could not stop (myself) from gathering
(some of) their blood and here it is in my hand. He opened his hand and said:
Take it and look after it. I took it. It was like red soil. I put it in a
phial, fastened its top and kept it. When al-Husayn, peace be on him, left
Mecca on his way to Iraq, I took out that phial every day and night. I used to
smell it and look at it. Then I would weep for his fate. On the 10th of (the
month of) al-Muharram, the day on which al-Husayn, peace be on him was killed,
I took it out. At the beginning of the day it was in its usual condition, but
at the end of the day, behold, it was fresh blood. I shrieked (with grief) and
wept. Then I restrained my anger out of fear that the enemies of the family of
the Prophet) in Medina would heae and would hurry to rejoice at their
misfortune. I have kept it secret up to the present time, even to the day when
the messenger bringing the news of his death came to announce it. Then what I
had seen was proved.

It is reported
that one day the Prophet, may God bless him and his family, was sitting down.
Around him were Ali, Fatima, al-Hasan and al-Husayn, peace be on them. He
asked them: How would you feel if when you were killed, your tombs were
scattered around (the country)? Will we die an (ordinary) death or will we be
killed? al-Husayn, peace be on him, asked, Rather you will be killed unjustly,
my little son, and your brother will be killed unjustly," he answered. "Your
offspring will be scattered over the land. Apostle of God, who will kill us?
asked al-Husayn, peace be on him. The evil men among the people, he said. Will
anyone visit (our graves) after we are killed?, he asked. Yes, my little son,
he told him, a group (taifa) of my community will gain my benificence and
favour through visiting (your graves). On the Day of Resurrection, I will
bring them to the place so that I may take them by the arms and save them from

tell us about that war which was fought against Ali. Hezrat Abu Ayub Ansari
said that I swear to God , one day Holy Prophet was sitting in my house on the

was standing in front of Holy Prophet when the door was knocked. Holy
Prophet asked to see that who is on the door ? Hazrat Ans Bin Malik went to

time ) are walking in one valley and alone Ali is walking in other valley ,
you leave all of them and be with Ali because Ali will never let you to be
away from the right path and will never let you to drop in the errantry .
Further Holy Prophet said , Ya Ammar be sure that obedience to Ali
is my obedience and my obedience is the obedience of God. ( Today after
more than 1400 years passed we know these sayings of Holy Prophet about Hazrat
Ali and the people of same period who were fighting with their naked swords
with Ali were not aware of these sayings of Holy Prophet, Surely they were
knowing all this but still they were the worse enemy of Ali because they were
badly driven by their Nafse Amara and Shatain and were controlled by both of
them. )

Narrated by ibn-a- Abbas one day, one jew of Medina name Nasal came to holy
prophet and asked few questions, his first question was about Tauheed, the
holy prophet replied in detail. His second question was that every prophet has
his special descendent called "Wassi " as Haroon was the Wassi of our prophet
Musa so who is your Wassi ,The Holy Prophet replied that Ali is my Wassi after
that the two Sibt Hassan and Hussain and after them the nine from the
generation of Hussain, then Nasal said , tell me their names also. The Holy
Prophet said that after Hussain his son Zain-ul-Abideen and
after him his son Mohammed Baqer, than after him his son
Jafar-e-Sadeq, and then after him his son Mussa-e-Kazim and then
his son Ali Raza and then his son Mohammad Taqi and after him
his son Ali Naqi and after him his son Hassan Askari and lastly
his son Mohammad Mehdi will be the Imam.
The next question of the Nasal was that how Ali,
Hassan and Hussain will pass away from this world. The holy prophet said Ali
will die with the result of hitting of sword, Hassan will be given poison and
then Hussain will be slaughtered. Again he questioned what will be their
status in the next world the Holy Prophet replied in the Heaven with me in my
status. Upon this Jew Nasal said that I give the evidence that there is no God
except that one and Mohammad (A.S.) is his prophet and all above mentioned
people are your Ousia, I myself have gone through these facts in the books
of former prophets and our prophet Mussa took the oath of all these facts
from us. Further Hazrat Mussa told us that in the last era one prophet named
Mohammed and Ahmed will come , he will be the last messenger of God. He will
have twelve Ousia the first will be his cousin and then two brothers . The
ummah will kill the first wasi with sword the second will be given poison and
the third will be slaughtered with all his relatives and friends . Then there
will be the nine Imams in the generation of third one and these are equal to
the number of Usbate. The holy prophet asked that do you know the Usbate. He
replied yes I know them they were twelve person the first of them was Ladhe
bin Barchia who disappeared and again appeared the Holy Prophet said that my
eleventh son will also disappear and such a time will come that only the name
of Islam will be left , at a such a critical time God will permit him to
reappear and to re-dominate Islam again, the good news of well be for those

Further in the same rewayaat the holy prophet said that I

( Quran ) and my Ahlal - Bait. If you (the direct address is to Sahabah Karam

right path of Allah . Still this rewayat is continuing, but here I will
comment a bit. From the saying of holy prophet it is very clear that to be
with Quran and Ahlal Bait is the guarantee of right path . They are the
standard of right path Sahabah Karam and all other ummah have to be
faithfully link themselves to them to insure that their are following the
right path. The Quran and the Ahlal Bait are the standard and the whole
ummah including Sahaba Karam are those who are to adapt the standard, and it
is very clear to every sensible being that standard and those who are to
adapt standard can never be of the same status. Further in the same Rewayat
the Holy Prophet said learn from them and don't teach them because they are
given a knowledge from God which you do not have. To Allah they are highly
respectable beings.

- One of those who dearly loved the Prophet was Abu
Dharr al-Ghifari. The Prophet had given the order to march to Tabuk (a
hundred farsangs - about four hundred miles -north of Medina, close to the
border with Syria). Some made excuses, the hypocrites tried to disrupt
things, but eventually a powerful army set out. They had no military
equipment, and they were in difficulties and in need as regards food too,
so that sometimes some of them would make do with a single date; however
they were all full of vigour and cheerful. Love created their strength and
the force of attraction of the Prophet gave them their power.
Abu Dharr was also marching towards Tabuk with
this army. On the way three persons, one after the other, fell behind, and
the Prophet was informed about each one as he dropped back. Each time he
said:
If there is any good in him, God will make him
come back; and if there is no good in him, it is better that he go.
The thin, weak camel of Abu Dharr fell back, and
then Abu Dharr was also seen to be behind. "O Messenger of Allah ! Abu
Dharr has fallen back too!" Then the Prophet repeated the same sentence:
If there is any good in him, God will return him
to us; and if there is no good in him, it is better that he go.
The army then continued on its way and Abu Dharr
stayed behind; but there was nothing to be done - his animal stayed in the
same state. No matter what he did, it would not move, and he had now
dropped several miles behind. He set the camel free and took the pack on
his own shoulder, and in the hot weather he set out over the scorching
sand. He was thirsty and it was killing him. He came across some rocks in
the shade of a hill and among them some rainwater had gathered, but he
said to himself that he would never drink until his friend, the Prophet of
Allah, had drunk. He filled his water-skin, slung it also on his back, and
hastened off in the direction of the Muslims.
In the distance they espied a figure. "O
Messenger of Allah ! We have seen a distant figure coming towards us! "
He said that it had to be Abu Dharr. He came
nearer -yes, it was Abu Dharr, but exhaustion and thirst took his feet
away from under him. He was afraid he would collapse. The Prophet said to
give him some water quickly, but he said with a feeble voice that he had
water with him. The Prophet said:
"You have water, but you are near to dying from
thirst! "
"Yes, O Messenger of Allah ! When I tasted the
water I refused to drink any before my friend, the Messenger of Allah. "

Hazrat
Fatima Zahra(A.S.) said:
One day, my dear Father, The Holy Prophet
of Allah, came to my house and said to me "Peace be upon you, O Fatima,"
To which I replied: "And upon you be peace." He said "I feel some weakness
in my body." I said "May Allah protect you from your weakness, O my Father."
He said, " 0 Fatima, please bring me, the Vestment of Yemen and cover
me with it." So, I brought my Father, the Vestment of Yemen and covered
him with it. Then I looked at him and saw that his face was shining with
the glow of a full white moon, and with the moon's full glory and splendour.
After
a while my son Hasan(A.S.) came in and said "Peace be upon you, my mother."
I replied: "And upon you be peace, O, the light of my eyes and the happiness
of my heart." He then said: "Mother! I smell a fragrance so sweet and
pure, as that of my Grandfather, The Prophet of Allah." I replied: "Yes.
Indeed your Grandfather is sitting underneath that Vestment." Hasan went
near to the Vestment and said: "Peace be upon you my Grandfather, The
Prophet of Allah. Will you permit me to enter the Vestment with you?."
He replied: "And upon you be peace, my son and the master of my fountain,
I grant you permission to enter under the Vestment with me." So Hasan
entered and sat under the Vestment with my Father.
After
a while my son Husain(A.S.) came in and said "Peace be upon you, my mother."
I replied: "And upon you be peace, O, the light of my eyes and happiness
of my heart." He then said: "Mother I smell a fragrance so sweet and pure
as that of my Grandfather, The Prophet of Allah." I replied, "Yes. Indeed
your Grandfather and your brother are both sitting covered underneath
that Vestment." Hussain approached the Vestment and said: "Peace be on
you, O my Grandfather, The Chosen of Allah, do you allow me to enter the
Vestment with both of you." He replied: "And upon you be peace, my son
and intercessor of my followers, I so grant you permission." So Hussain
entered and sat under the Vestment with them.
After
a while Abul Hasan(A.S.), came in and said "Peace be on you, O daughter
of The Prophet of Allah." I replied: "And upon you be peace, O Abul Hasan,
the Commander of the Faithfulls." He then said: "O Fatima I smell a sweet
fragrance and so pure which is like of my Brother and my Cousin, The Holy
Prophet of Allah." I replied: "Yes. He is sitting covered underneath that
Vestment with both of your sons." Ali(A.S.) then went near to the Vestment
and said: "Peace be upon you, O Prophet of Allah; May I enter the Vestment
with You?" He replied: "And upon you be peace, my brother, my legatee,
my successor and my standard bearer; I give you permission to enter."
So Ali(A.S.) entered under the Vestment with them.
Then
I myself approached the group sitting underneath the Vestment and requested.
"Peace be onto you, my Father, O Prophet of Allah; do you permit me also
to enter." He replied: "And upon you be peace, my daughter, O part of
myself, I give you permission to enter." So I myself entered and sat under
the Vestment with them all.
When
all of us had gathered together covered over and sitting underneath the
holy Vestment, my Father, took hold of the two ends of the Vestment and
raised his right hand in Prayer towards The Heavens saying, "Allah, these
are The People of my Ahlul-Bayt and very specially my Own and my Protectors.
They are of my own flesh and of my own blood. Whoever gives them trouble,
gives me trouble too; whoever makes them unhappy, makes me unhappy too,
I am at war with those who are at war with them, I am at peace with those
who are at peace with them. I am the enemy of those who are at enemy with
them; I am the friend of those who befriend them. Indeed they are from
me, and I am from them. Therefore, send Thy blessings, mercy, forgiveness,
and pleasure upon me and upon them. Remove all blemish from them and keep
away all kinds of impurity from them." Then Allah The Majestic and The
Glorified, spoke to His Angels
Then
The Archangel Jibrael, the Trusted One, asked Allah. "O Lord, who are
these sitting covered under the Vestment?"Allah, The Majestic, The Glorified,
answered, The Archangel Jibrael then requested, "O Lord, may I go down,
and be the Sixth of Them?"Allah replied The Archangel Jibrael Al-Ameen,
decended down to the Earth and said, "Peace be upon you, O Prophet of
Allah. The All Highest conveys His peace on you and His salutation, and
He has sworn by His Honour and Glory that He has not created, but the
erected Sky, the spread Earth, the illuminated Moon, the bright Sun, the
rotating Universe, the flowing Seas, and the sailing Ships but for your
sake and your love. God has given me permission to enter and sit with
all of you underneath the Vestment.. Do you also grant me that permission,
O Prophet of Allah?" The Prophet replied, "And upon you be peace, O thou
who art the Trusted with The Revelations of Allah; yes I grant you permission
to enter." So The Archangel Jibrael entered and sat beneath the Vestment
with us all, and said to my Father that indeed Allah has sent this revelation
to you;
"Verily
Allah desires to keep away all blemish from you, O Ahlul-Bayt, and to
purify you with a perfect purification."
Then
Ali(A.S.) asked my father, "O Prophet of Allah what significance does
Allah attach to this Event of our sitting gathered together underneath
this Vestment?" The Holy Prophet(S.A.W.) replied, "I swear by Him who
appointed me a Prophet and chose me a confident Messenger, that no assembly,
wherever this Event is narrated by our followers and devotees, shall remain
without the Mercy of Allah decending on them, and encircling Angels as
king Allah for the remission of their sins till the assembly has dispersed."
Ali(A.S.) then exclaimed, "I swear by Allah the Lord of The Kaba, that
we have all succeeded and our all followers have succeded too." Again
The Holy Prophet(S.A.W.) said, "I swear by Him who appointed me a Prophet
and chose me a confident Messenger that in any of the assemblies on the
Earth, in which our followers and friends have gathered, wherever this
Event is narrated there shall remain none grieved, but Allah will remove
his grief ; there shall be none distressed, but Allah will dispell his
distress, and there shall be none who seeks a wish, but Allah will grant
his wish." Ali(A.S.) then said, "Verily, by Allah, We have succeeded and
become happy so also all our followers have succeeded and become happy
in this world as well as in the next world by the Lord of The Kaba. O
Allah, send Thy Blessings on to Muhammad(S.A.W.) and The Descendents of
Muhammad(S.A.W.)."

Prophet(S.A.W.) a very special kind of Prayer. That he himself was shown
earlier by The Trusted Archangel Jibrael(A.S.).
This
special After-Prayer is to be said after each time, any Prayer of Worship
is concluded.
The
Holy Lady(A.S) in turn began to teach the short Prayer to so many others.
That in the very short time, it became to be known as the 'Prayer of Fatimah
Al-Zahra(as)'.
Take
any kind of Prayer Bead string, such as shown on the image below. The
Prayer String should have a total of 99 beads, with two dividers and ahead
called the Sheikh.
The
Prayer Bead is taken by the left hand and with the index finger and tumb
of the right hand draws each bead seperately one by one and saying the
words as described below.
For
first set of 33 beads plus counting the first divider. Hence totalling
in all 34 beads. For each bead passed say the clearly the words to yourself:
ALLAHO AKBAR For each of the 34 beads seperately. For the next second
set of 33 beads. For each bead passed say the clearly the words to yourself:
AL-HAMDU LE ALLAH For each of the 33 beads seperately. For the third set
of 33 beads For each bead passed say the clearly the words to yourself:
SUBHANA LE ALLAH For each of the 33 beads seperately.
Totally
100 beads
That
concludes the Prayer of the Holy Infallible Lady of all women, in all
of the worlds and in all of the Seven Heavens, The Lady Fatimah Al-Zahra(A.S.)
Most
or if not all of the Mujtahideen express agreat Mustahab (preferable)
as near to as Wajib (compulsory) to say this Prayer after any Prayer of
Worship is concluded.
Many
Muslims carry with them at all times the Prayer Bead String so that they
can recite this prayer numerously at any time of the day and night. Especially
at times when one has nothing to do such as waiting or sitting around
lazily.
So
think about it! What better way of filling your spare and idle time than
to quietly recite this small Prayer to yourself in the rememberance and
in thankfulness of Allah your Creator and Master. And in return Allah
will reward His untold Thawaab and A'jar(reward)!
Thus
it is good to always recite, in One's idle times. For it keeps the mind
away from straying into troubled terrain. But to keep it travelling on
the true and right track of good and steer away from evil with its untold
mischievoius wicked thoughts and ideas
